Please call or e-mail us with questions about sizing.  All these lines run differently so you may need some assistance.      We'll help you decide on size and the correct silhouette for you, taking into account your height, bust size, etc.    This is our favorite part!  We love helping you and we want you to be thrilled with your choices.

     Because of the care we take in collecting your size info, we rarely have problems with items not fitting,  but just in case:       Most items that are shipped may be exchanged as long as the return is pre-approved by contacting us, and as long as the item is back in our hands in 5 calendar days, with tags attached, in unworn condition.   Item may NOT have any odors such as perfume or yucky cigarette smoke.  Don't let your pet use the item for a nap.   Any item that is not in perfect, unscented, unworn condition when we receive it, will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.   When item is received in perfect condition with tags attached,   you may exchange for anything you like.   Haute Mama does not issue store credit.    Items may be exchanged for something else in the store on the day they are returned.

      Shipping:   If your item is in stock, we will pack and ship your item within 48 hours.  If you are in a rush, and you are using Overnight or Second Day Air, please let us know and we can work with you on packing an item sooner.  Additional shipping fees will apply. 

      All orders of regularly priced items totaling over $300 will be shipped free of charge.  (TN residents pay 9.25% sales tax)
 To Clarify:    Free Shipping does not apply to sale-priced items, and will not apply to shipment of exchanges.    Price of exchanged items or shipments using store credits will not be included when figuring up total eligible for free shipping.   If you qualify for free shipping, and  items are exchanged,  any shipping charges for shipping an item back to us as well as shipping charges for us to send you the replacement will be  your responsibility.  We will always stick as closely as possible to actual  shipping charges.
